St James Institute has its very own ballroom and we are lucky to have several clubs offering a full programme of dance classes and activities throughout the week.
Adeline Dance Studios
Adeline Dance Studios provides a comprehensive range of classes in Ballroom, Latin American, Classical Sequence, Disco, Rock’n’Roll and Argentine Tango. They also offer private tuition and specialist classes on request.
Classes are available for all ages and abilities; from tots to seniors and beginners to medallists, as well as coaching for competitors. With a programme of varied teaching and social classes, all are welcome to share in the fun and enjoyment dancing can bring, learn new skills and attain fitness and improved health.

MLC Dance
An exciting dance school run by Michelle Lawrence-Chapman, offering courses in Ballroom, Latin American and Sequence, catering for absolute beginners through to the highly experienced.
